Asian Sesame Guacamole

- 2 Ripe avocados
- 1 T Soy sauce
- 1 T Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 4 Scallions
- 1 Ginger
Traditional guacamole gets an upgrade with Asian ingredients
- Scoop the avocado into a bowl. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil.
- Chop scallions and grate ginger then add to the guacamole.
- Toss and serve with pita chips
